Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental. The suspect in the stabbing, Jamal Boyd of Mattapan, was scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Quincy District Court. The knife pierced the victim’s thigh, cutting a femoral artery and spilling blood onto the floor with customers in the store. The call was made after a Home Depot worker used a pocket-sized folding knife to stab a colleague in one of the store’s aisles, police said. “I have an associate bleeding to death at my store right now,” a short-of-breath male employee said to the dispatcher. The Home Depot on Willard Street was barely open two hours Thursday when one of the store’s workers phoned 911.
